| ## Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!  Hi friends! I hope you and your families are having a great December so far. Around here, life is its usual mix of real estate, dogs, parenthood, and me trying to remember where I set things down (spoiler: it’s usually in the most random spot possible). But no matter how busy things get, I love taking this moment each month to share helpful tips, local insight, and a little bit of encouragement. Let’s get into it! Local Shoutout! For the first time ever, we finally had professional family photos taken — and we couldn’t be more grateful to Megan with Meg Louise Photography for capturing such beautiful moments for us! If you’re looking for amazing photos at a reasonable price, definitely reach out to her.   [Meg Louise Photography](https://meglouisestudios.com/?utm_source=hs_email&utm_medium=email&_hsenc=p2ANqtz--XdXz543i4tXW6jZ71MOE5WdtvWQZeXyr9KEDy41AWq7kdWqhVHrRUeKK1sX_Ht8hX8epm) |
