*BUYERS*

*When you buy a home through me, you’re not just investing in a property—you’re also helping pets in need. If you choose to adopt a furry friend from a partnered shelter, I cover the adoption fees, helping make the transition smoother for you and your new companion. And if adopting isn’t in the cards, I’ll still make a donation to support local shelters and rescues. Either way, your purchase helps give animals in our community a better chance at finding loving homes*

*SELLERS*

*When you sell your home with me, you’re not just helping a buyer find their next chapter—you’re also helping pets find theirs. A portion of every sale contributes to supporting local shelters and rescue organizations, helping provide care and comfort for animals in need. Your home sale has the power to make a difference in more ways than one.*

Whether you’re buying or selling, every transaction makes a difference. Let’s find your perfect home and help pets in our community together.
